Washington, D.C. – Today Rep Walberg voted in favor of H.R. 45 to repeal the President's health care law.

The bill proposed by U.S. Reps. Tim Walberg, R-Tipton, and Dan Kildee, D-Flint Township, would increase from $2,000 to $10,000 a year the amount families can invest in Coverdell Savings Accounts for higher education.

Washington, D.C. - Rep Walberg voted in favor of H.R. 882, the Contracting and Tax Accountability Act, to restore accountability within our tax system. Specifically, the legislation bans seriously tax delinquent companies from receiving new federal contracts.
