In the United States, having the right to vote is both a privilege and a responsibility. Every American should make sure their voice is heard during elections, and it is easy to do so. If you are a resident of Michigan and a citizen of the United States, you must register to vote in Michigan. If you are at least 18 years old by the date of the next election, and not currently in prison, on parole, or a previously convicted felon, you can vote.
