About the Program

My congressional office is now accepting submissions for our Veteran of the Month program, an initiative dedicated to honoring and acknowledging the exemplary contributions of veterans in Michigan's 5th Congressional District. Each month, we recognize one outstanding veteran, celebrating their commitment to serving our community and their exceptional service in the military. 

How to Nominate 

To nominate a deserving veteran in Michigan's 5th District for this honor, please complete the nomination form below. Provide comprehensive information about the nominee's service in the military, their accomplishments, and continued service to our community and country. 

Michigan’s 5th Congressional District includes the counties of Branch, Cass, Hillsdale, Jackson, Lenawee, Monroe, St. Joseph, and parts of Berrien, Calhoun, and Kalamazoo.
