House Education and Workforce Chair Tim Walberg (R-Mich.) subpoenaed the head of Chicago Public Schools on Wednesday to appear before the panel next month.

Chairman of the House Committee on Education and Workforce Tim Walberg has written a letter to Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz stating that Walz’s office has failed to adequately comply with its investigation into alleged improper payments and misuse of federal taxpayer childcare funds under the Child Care Assistance Program.
