U.S. Rep. Tim Walberg, R-Tipton, stopped by the Monroe County Learning Bank on Tuesday to donate fiction and non-fiction books to the program.

The books were obtained as part of the Library of Congress Surplus Book Program.

The surplus books were made available to members of Congress to request and donate to eligible organizations and institutions free of charge.
