Congressman Tim Walberg announced the winners of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition in Michigan’s 5th District.

Buchanan student Hailey Robbins won first place with Northern Lights over Michigan, an acrylic painting on canvas. The piece depicts Robbins’ view of the Northern Lights over a Michigan farm.
