Rep Tim Walberg voted today in favor of H.R. 4480, the Domestic Energy and Jobs Act. The legislation is an all-of-the-above American energy plan that will help job creators by embracing domestic energy production, reining in burdensome regulations and planning for America’s future energy production. The bill passed by a bipartisan vote of 248 to 163.

H.R. 750, Defending America's Affordable Energy and Jobs Act, reached a legislative milestone yesterday and picked up its 100th cosponsor. The legislation would prevent the EPA from regulating greenhouse gases without Congressional approval and stop Washington bureaucrats from implementing a cap-and-trade program that will drive up energy prices on families and businesses.
