We received great news recently when NOAA released the forecast details for 2023, showing a smaller-than-average algal bloom for western Lake Erie. This forecast, while encouraging, also serves as an important reminder to continue our successful mitigation efforts. 

We need to address the remaining obstacles to deploying broadband infrastructure and get all Americans connected.

The House Republican majority has spent the first 100 days delivering on the commitment we made to the American people.

This cornerstone legislation will unleash American energy production by reforming the permitting process for essential energy infrastructure, increasing domestic production and processing of resources to secure America’s critical minerals supply, and repealing policies advanced by the Biden administration that jeopardize America’s energy independence. 

Democrats and Republicans must come together in Congress to work on enacting productive, bipartisan solutions that will truly support all workers, not just union leaders and their special interests.

Already, I have gotten to know so many great people and will continue to stay actively engaged at the local level.

For the first time in history, average gas prices across the country surpassed $5 per gallon.
