Walberg voted in favor of H.R. 4031, the Department of Veterans Affairs Management Accountability Act, to provide the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs with the power to remove Senior Executive Service (SES) employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs for poor performance. The bill passed with a bipartisan vote of 390 to 30. H.R.
