Description:  The funding would be used to support site preparation, infrastructure development, and foundational construction for Phases I and II of a new senior housing campus, including 50–75 independent living units and a 25-bed assisted living facility, with infrastructure capacity to support future expansion.

Description:  The funding would be used to help complete the construction of the new skilled trades campus. Once finished the facility will house Machine Tool/Welding, Construction/Carpentry, and Auto/Diesel Tech programs. These programs are available to students across all districts in Berrien County. The project also includes a dedicated space for industry to utilize for work based learning activities and company specific trainings, and program material storage.

Description:  The funding would be used to address significant deterioration of rural road infrastructure in Lee, Clarence, and Sheridan Townships.

Description:  The funding would be used to upgrade the screening and process controls in the headworks building at the exiting wastewater treatment plant, add Lander Covers to the secondary clarifiers to reduce algae buildup and to replace 3 activated sludge pumps that are working beyond their useful life.
