Walberg Votes to Invest in America's Future

Today, Congressman Tim Walberg (MI-05) voted in favor of the Senate Amendment to H.Con.Res.14, the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Resolution, which moves the reconciliation process forward. 

"In November, the American people delivered a clear mandate to Congress: we must rein in out-of-control government spending and restore fiscal responsibility to Washington," said Rep Walberg. "Today, House Republicans answered that call by taking the next step of the budget reconciliation process to pass one big, beautiful bill to implement President Trump's full America First agenda. We must secure our borders, promote energy independence, lower taxes, and make America competitive again. With this framework, we can begin the process of eliminating the waste, fraud, and abuse in Washington and make vital investments in our communities to usher in a new Golden Age in America."
