Walberg Votes for Increased North American Energy Access

June 24, 2014

Washington, D.C. – Today, Rep. Walberg voted in favor of H.R. 3301, the North American Energy Infrastructure Act, a bipartisan effort to increase the flow of North American energy to markets and consumers. The legislation passed by a vote of 238-173.

"If we are serious about pursuing an "all of the above" energy policy, we need to prevent Keystone-like delays from blocking future North American energy projects. It's time to move forward with an energy policy that recognizes the job-creating power of making North American energy easier to produce and distribute, while protecting consumers from foreign supply disruptions ," said Rep. Walberg following the vote.
