Walberg Holds Town Hall in Sturgis

Today, Congressman Tim Walberg held a town hall in Sturgis to learn more about the issues that are important to constituents. This is one of the hundreds of townhalls and coffee hours he has hosted since taking office. He released the following statement after the event.
“Thank you to all those who attended my recent community gathering in Sturgis where we discussed a broad range of issues, including the legislation I have authored in this congress,” said Rep. Walberg. “Since January, I have introduced 16 bills that span many issues, including strengthening parental rights, unleashing American energy production, protecting religious liberty, restoring constitutional protections, and bolstering our workforce, among others. Seven of these bills have already advanced through House committees, and three have been passed by the House in the past few months. I look forward to continuing to deliver results on the issues that matter to constituents across Michigan’s 5th District.”
