Monroe News: Congressman Tim Walberg says deal likely to pass the House

The House of Representatives is expected to vote on the deal to re-open the federal government around 8 p.m. tonight, Nov. 12, according to Fifth District Congressman Tim Walberg.
It has been 42 days since the government shut down to do disagreements on the federal level about funding the government. Congress failed to pass a continuing resolution or full appropriations bill to cover expenditures.
