Hearing from StudentsI also had the pleasure of meeting students at Coldwater High School this week to answer their questions about our government and hear what is on their mind. These government classes had incredibly thoughtful insights and comments on a number of topics including finding common ground, gas prices, Russia's invasion of Ukraine, national security, and more. Celebrating National Agriculture WeekThis week was National Agriculture Week, an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the hardworking men and women who feed our nation. Michigan farmers work day in and day out to provide for their families and neighbors, and we are so thankful for their dedication and tireless work. Agriculture plays a critical role in Michigan’s economy and way of life, and it is my privilege and honor to work for farmers in Congress. |
