An Economy That’s Strong

  • Lower Energy Costs Act – This comprehensive and landmark legislation is the first pro-energy permitting reform in 40 years and will unleash domestic energy production, helping American achieve a more energy independent future. This bill is the answer for the millions of American families struggling to fill up their tank or pay off ever-increasing energy bills.
  • REIN IN Inflation Act – Fights inflation and lowers costs for individuals across the country by requiring the President to consider an executive order’s inflationary effects before signing it.
  • Strategic Production Response Act – Prohibits dangerous drawdowns of our Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) by prohibiting the Secretary of Energy from using the SPR for reasons other than a severe energy supply interruption until the Secretary issues a plan to increase oil and gas production.

A Nation That’s Safe

  • Secure the Border Act – The strongest border security bill in history which will resume construction of the border wall, hire more Border patrol agents, reinstate Trump era policies, and reform the broken asylum process.
  • H.Res. 11 – Established the Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party which will assess the many military, economic and technological challenges posed by China and suggest policy recommendations to promote American leadership on the global stage.
  • HALT Fentanyl Act – Permanently places fentanyl-related substances in Schedule I under the Controlled Substances Act, providing law enforcement with the tools necessary to protect our communities from these dangerous substances. Fentanyl has taken the lives of too many and this is crucial move in the fight against the crisis.
  • National Defense Authorization Act – Secures the largest pay raise for service members in decades and equips our military with the resources needed to protect us from our foreign adversaries. 

A Future That’s Built On Freedom

  • Parents Bill of Rights Act – Ensures that parents always have a seat at the table when it comes to their child’s education. It includes my bill, the PROTECT Kids Act, which will require that schools acquire parental consent before changing their child’s pronouns, gender markers, or preferred name on any school form.
  • Born-Alive Abortions Survivors Protection Act – Requires infants born alive after an attempted abortion receive the same protection of the law and degree of care as any newborn.

A Government That’s Accountable

  • H.Res. 5 – Reopened the House to the public, required Members of Congress to show up to work, and provided rules to increase transparency in House procedures.
  • Family and Small Business Taxpayer Protection Act – Rescinds the tens of billions of dollars of funding for President Biden’s supercharged army of 87,000 IRS agents.
  • H.Res. 12 – Established a Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government which is tasked with investigating abuses of federal authority to hold the government accountable.
  • H.J. Res. 7 – Terminated the Public Health Emergency, ending COVID emergency restrictions.
