JACKSON, Mich (WLNS) – Congressman Tim Walberg will be in Jackson this morning for his 6th annual job fair from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

51 local employers will be there ready to meet people looking for jobs.

The job fair will take place at the Commonwealth Commerce Center.

No registration is required but you should bring some resumes and dress to impress.

H.R. 5042, the Federal Prisons Accountability Act, would require the Director of the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to receive a presidential appointment and a confirmation by the U.S.

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Tim Walberg (MI-07) today supported bipartisan legislation to add the Zika virus to the Food and Drug Administration's Priority Review Voucher Program, which would help expedite the development of vaccines and treatments for the mosquito-borne virus. It passed the House unanimously and now heads to the President's desk.
