U.S. Representatives Tim Walberg and Elissa Slotkin will be co-hosting a Veterans Fair at VFW Post 701 in Lansing on Tuesday, July 30 to provide veterans information and access to organizations that can offer resources earned from their service to our country. Department of Veterans Affairs health care and benefits staff and community organizations will participate.

On Monday, July 15, Congressman Walberg will be hosting a Veterans Fair at the Bedford Township Veterans Center to provide veterans information and access to organizations that can provide resources they earned with their service to our country. Department of Veterans Affairs staff and community organizations will be onsite to help veterans file claims, check healthcare eligibility, find housing and financial assistance and more.
On Friday, June 28, Congressman Tim Walberg will be hosting a Senior Resource Fair at the Eaton Area Senior Center in Charlotte. The event will feature Congressman Walberg's constituent relations team to help with Social Security and Medicare difficulties, housing assistance, veterans information, and additional resources from community partners and businesses. On May 7, 2019, Congressman Tim Walberg will be hosting his 9th Annual Job Fair in Jackson to help connect job seekers with employment opportunities. The Job Fair will take place from 9am to 12pm at the Commonwealth Commerce Center at 209 East Washington Avenue, and will include local employers to talk about their available job opportunities and accept resumes. Job seekers should bring copies of their resume to share with local employers.
