Walberg Applauds New Investment in Dundee Engine Plant

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Tim Walberg (MI-07) today released the following statement in response to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles' (FCA) announcement that it plans to invest $4.5 billion in five of its Michigan plants, including a $119 million investment in the Dundee Engine Plant.
"Today's announcement is more fantastic news for Michigan's economy and workforce," said Walberg. "In the 7th District, I am pleased to see FCA's commitment to the Dundee Engine Plant, which will continue to support good-paying jobs and boost our local economy. Making additional investments in the Dundee Engine Plant is a testament to plant's productivity and high-quality workers."
