Congratulations, Justice Gorsuch

On Monday, Justice Neil Gorsuch was officially sworn in as the newest member of the Supreme Court. He is highly qualified and a worthy successor to Justice Scalia. Throughout his distinguished legal career, Justice Gorsuch has earned a reputation as a steadfast defender of the Constitution and the rule of law. I'm confident his commitment to constitutional principles will serve our country well.

Coffee Hour in Monroe County

Thank you to everyone who came out for my recent coffee hour in Luna Pier at the Water Tower Park Building. I appreciate the opportunity to hear your concerns and answer your questions, and I look forward to continuing to do more across the 7th District.

2017 Congressional Art Competition

My office is seeking submissions from high school students in the 7th District for the 2017 Congressional Art Competition. The winning piece of artwork will be displayed in the Cannon Tunnel to the U.S. Capitol, along with the winners from the other congressional districts across the country. Click here for more information on exact guidelines for artwork submissions and a link to the 2017 Student Release form.

Child Abuse Prevention Month

Pinwheel for Prevention gardens are being planted across Monroe County in April to raise awareness for Child Abuse Prevention Month. Thank you to Craig Haugen and the Child Advocacy Network for the important work you do on behalf of children and families in our community.
